This one was more mentally challenging than anything. Long rests between exercises made this a long workout and made it tough to keep focused.

3 sets of 5 reps bench press, 175lbs

Then 3 rounds of the following (3 minute rest between exercises):
2 reps back squat, 225lbs
6 reps power clean, 185lbs
2 reps back squat, 225lbs
6 reps power clean, 185lbs
