Even though I'm not 100% back from this weekend, I couldn't miss my first heavy deadlift day of the fall/winter. Starting a little lower in weight so that I can ease into it.
Deadlift, 225x1, 315x1, 365x5
Then 3 rounds for time of:
10 one arm dumbbell power snatches, 70lb bell
5 handstand pushups
Repeat the series with the other arm
Finished the metcon in 9:12. These workouts are definitely more challenging than the ones I was doing this summer. Phew!
