Felt a little lazy. If there is such thing as a lazy Crossfit workout, that's what I did today.
10 sets of 2 reps dynamic effort shoulder press, 115lbs
Then 10 minutes as many rounds as possible:
5 hang power cleans, 95lbs
20 reps jump rope
