This workout absolutely crushed me the last time it came around. It still hurt plenty this time, but I made it through without ruining the rest of my night :)

10 sets of 2 reps dynamic effort deadlifts @ 65% 1 rep max (also known as 285lbs)

Then 5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Full cleans (ass to grass), 155lbs
Lateral burpees (jump o'er zee bar)

There were a lot of parentheses there. Sorry about that (not!).
