A little tabata to end the week. Made up my own painful little routine.
8 rounds of each exercise, 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest:
Kettlebell snatch, 50 lb bell (alternate arms)
Goblet squat, 50 lb kettlebell
Hand release pushups
I am now blasted. Time to watch more football.
