A little workout before court. Yowza this was short but intense!

10 sets of 2 reps dynamic effort back squat @ 60% 1 rep max

Then 2 rounds of:
400m run
15 unbroken deadlifts (aka no pausing no matter how much it hurts), 225lbs
15 dead hang pullups
2 minute rest between sets
