Deadlift day. Joy! Blew my load a little early because I got excited. So in working up to a one-rep max I did 225#, 315#, 385#, 415#, then failed on 445# (would have been a 10 lb PR). Got it up but couldn't lock out. I'm fairly confident once I start really training these again I will hit 500 lbs in short order.
Then did the following:
21 dips (these are subs for 7 muscle ups)
15 bodyweight clean, so 205lbs
Finished in 10:20 minutes. Fast through the first part, and crawled through the cleans.
