I'm surprised that I'm not more sore after my 50K this weekend. So I thought I'd ease back into workouts with a nice short Crossfit workout today.
8 minutes as many rounds as possible of:
3 handstand pushups
6 walking lunges
Got 8 rounds, which is better than I expected. Maybe I needed to run further :)
