Warmup and then 8x200m sprints at 75% effort for taper day two. Yes, I taper for an ultra by sprinting. In board shorts (no really...that's what I wore). Cuz I'm an f-ing elite athlete. Like an MMA fighter's head with a SEALs body, wrapped in a ninja tortilla.
