I came down from the cabin to the house to pick up a few things we forgot. So I decided to do a quick workout while I'm here.
2 rounds for time of:
15 left arm kettlebell snatches, 50 lb bell
15 right arm KB snatches
800m run
Finished in 11:02. Splits for the 800m were under 3 minutes again.
