This workout was literally a pain in my ass. I'm going to be walking weird tomorrow.

7 rounds of 3 reps power clean with 155lbs (working on speed)

Then 10 minutes as many rounds as possible of:
5 bodyweight deadlifts (which is 205lbs if you must know)
10 hip extensions
20 reps jump rope

Got 9 rounds. Would have had ten if I didn't gimp around like an old man for most of the last half of the workout.
