Totally rocked this one. I was stoked that I kept getting stronger as the workout went on. Ran my last 800m in 2:56 baby! That's almost a 20 seconds faster than my normal intervals.

10 rounds of 2 reps dynamic effort bent over row, 135lbs

Then four rounds for time of:
800m run (splits of 3:10, 3:02, 3:06, and 2:56!)
12 front squats, 115lbs
10 pullups

Finished the whole shabang in 15:51. What a great way to set the tempo for the week!
