It's been a stressful few days preparing for a trial that didn't happen. Feels good to unwind by lifting heavy things.
Worked up to a 2 rep max push press, 215lbs (15# more than last time!)
Then 9 minutes as many rounds as possible of:
10 handstand pushups
12 box jumps
Did either 5 or 6 and 1/4ths rounds. Sometimes I get Crossfit memory and can't count well.
