Today was deadlift day. You know what that means. Awesomeness. A perfect way to break up a day's work of trial prep on a Saturday.

Anyway, worked up to a 1 rep max deadlift. PR'ed at 435lbs, which is great since I'm not doing a lot of heavy strength work lately.

Then 3 rounds for time of:
7 power cleans, 135lbs
21 kettlebell swings with 50lb bell
30 reps jump rope

The weekend is shaping up pretty good.
