Wasn't really feeling like a workout. Even crazy freaks like me don't always want to work out. But as always, I feel better now that I did.

12 rounds of 3 reps dynamic effort bent over barbell row, 135lbs

Then as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Got 10 2/3 rounds. Slowed down a lot towards the end. Need to work on pacing.
