Workout called for two kettlebells and I only had one. Had to modify it. And I think I made it harder. Whoops.

Worked up to a 2 rep max back squat, 250lbs

Then 6 minutes as many rounds as possible with a 50lb kettlebell of:
10 one-arm (L) KB front squats
10 one-arm (L) KB push press
Switch arms and repeat
