I can tell the legs aren't 100% yet. I was feeling the burn on the air squats. On the positive side I have the wind to get after these workouts again.
As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 power cleans, 135lbs
6 pushups
9 air squats
I got 9 1/3 rounds. I'll take it!
