Right back at the weightlifting game, and feeling surprisingly good after my race. Was a little slow, but that's to be expected.

Worked up to a 2 rep max push press, 200lbs (failed at 210)

Then 3 rounds for time of:
10 handstand pushups
12 front squats, 95lbs
15 kettlebell swings, 50lb KB
