This little bastard of a workout was called "King Kong". Supposed to be one of the harder Crossfit workouts in existence. I didn't even do it close to as written and I barely got through it.
3 rounds for time of:
1 deadlift, 385lbs (as Rxed is 455)
3 full cleans, 185lbs (as Rxed 255)
4 handstand pushups
Couldn't get the last two cleans and had to switch to power cleans. My front squat sucks
