Today was a 1 rep max test day. 3 attempts at a 1 rep max on each exercise. What a great idea before I sit in a car for three hours to drive to Wisconsin!
Squat: 255, 265, 280 (fail)
Press: 165, 180 (fail), 170
Deadlift: 415, 420 (fail), no 3rd attempt
Total score of 850. Lots of improvement over my last totals score of 755. PR on the squat!
