      I would think it would be harder the hotter it gets, right? I am trying to not to think about the challenge starting next week, because it is going to be right through all the dog days of summer! You could run at 5:30 am, it is very cool!!!!

      I have two problems with running that early. ONE - I don't like to get up. :-) TWO - Todd has be at work by 6. So I'd have to be running by 5 at least and even earlier as I'm trying to run longer. That's just not going to work. lol However, I've been able to do a few evening runs and that isn't TOO bad.

      I've never done the wii fit, so I was pleasantly surprised at how it's really working me. I've been enjoying something different to do in the house. I love my Turbo Jam but there is something about that animated trainer telling me what to do. : ) I can't believe it actually motivates me. LOL

      I know! And I even get competitive with it as well....like the yoga, trying to keep the little red dot inside the ball...the first time I did it, it said I was a couch potato! I about screamed!!!

      Thanks Julie. I did run twice on Motrin cuz I didn't want to get behind and then I realized how stupid that was and took it easy. :)

      Oh, be careful!! I know you will! I have had to take Motrin since starting as well, only on the days that my knees hurt really bad. Sorry you have a sprain!

      I'm sure it's not the best to "mask" the pain, but it does the job so i can keep going at a moderate pace at least. Still trying to be smart so I don't make it worse.
