Tough! Possibly not enough preparation and having to catch up with the young ones.

alright Farmway Route 14.5 km 01:37 10:46 pace
Takes a shorter time to warm up to the run - about 5 min compared to the usual 5min. Was going at about 9.3km/hr speed based on my watch. Huh ..but only 60% of what I am going to do on Sun !
