  10. I bought some Elation today to see if that helps with my knee pain. It's kinda like Joint Juice, but this actually has Chondroitin AND Glucosamine. I'll be sure and post how well it works...or not.

      that's awesome Lisa! I've heard so many success storys come out of the C25K prorgram! Welcome to dailymile, you will love it here! Advice on shoes, did you go to a running specialty shop to get fitted? They will analyze your gait and put you in a proper pair

      Hi Heather -- my first commentor! :)
      I did not get fitted, but did do the wet foot measurement and figured out that I got the right shoe for my foot type. At least I hope I did!
