    yay I did my walk an hour earlier then usual, the beginning was a lot smoother then usual. I'm feeling good, I lost 3 more pounds that I attribute to the walking.

    I'm pleased with myself because I was exhausted and didn't want to do it, but I DID IT!! I'm proud of myself!

    Did a 20 minute Leslie Sansone walk with 1 1/2 pound wrist weights. Feeling good and accomplished. I should hold onto this feeling for tomorrow when I dread doing the video.

  8. didn't end up doing my mile, chose Sunday as a rest day. Today weighed in and lost 4 pounds this week which makes my weight loss a total of 28 lbs!!! WTG Sassle :)

    walk went great, I noticed when I walk I feel great and more energetic afterwards!
