    Felt I needed a day of lower impact, so I hopped on the mill and walked uphill. Speed alternated between 3.7-4.0 MPH, incline between 5% and 12%.

      Ellen, I'm on spring break, too..the only redeeming factor about possible snow is that it means no snowy commutes! Other than the snow day a couple weeks ago I've been having some stressful commutes!
