    Felt good. I overdressed and wore a Mizuno Breath Thermo top, but I solved that by mile 2. Stripping down to a sports bra at 6am. Scandalous!

      It's been a refreshing change of pace... really like that stretch of MoPac from 42nd to 48th - sort of disappear into the woods for a few blocks. Though early in the morning it's good to have a light and fiesty yellow lab in case there's any creepers out!

    Joined Paul and the Zoo Crew on a trek to Wyuka to visit the 9/11 and firefighter memorials. It was a beautiful way to pay tribute to those who lost their lives and continue to fight to protect ours.

    Checked out Streets Alive with Timoree, Gwyneth, and Gina. This was a mix of running and walking through vendors. Gorgeous weather!
