    Forgot to look at the mileage on the elliptical. Only did 30 minutes on it to warm up before the workout with the PT.

    Fantastic - I have not gone for 2 weeks and totally missed it. Couldn't push my back/hip as much as before yesterday's mishap, but I sure feel good now.

    It started out really well, then ended up in pain. My hip/back were so sore the last 30 minutes, I had to really slow down. And then for hours since, it has hurt so much :(
    I just hope it doesn't flare up.... this is going to suck ....

      I feel much better today. Good thing I learned way back in September how to deal with this to prevent it from flaring up too much. But man it hurt yesterday.... :)
