C25K Week 5 Day 3. Shut the front door, I did it! The dreaded 20 minute run. I did it. It was on the treadmill. I stopped for about 5-10 seconds at each 5 min mark to drink water. I can't seem to run & drink at the same time without sloshing it all over myself. Outside, I don't care. On a treadmill, I don't want to slip & fall!!
