started out feeling sore in the legs - it didn't go away, but i figured that if i was really going to increase my miles, i needed to just gut it out and do it - finished stronger than i started... quick walk around the neighborhood, then dipped my legs in outdoor pool to cool off (the water was pretty chilly - very chilly, but that was the point)... rewarded myself with a big glass of chocolate milk!!!
