today was supposed to be 45 minutes of fartleks but obviously i didn't do that. i planned on doing them but i didn't sleep at all and i feel very nauseous. this was a very hot run.. i thought i was going at a slower pace but when i looked at my watch it was faster than i had intended to go. i had to stop near the end of the run for a few minutes because my asthma is getting worse with this dry hot weather.. plus my allergies make it worse, too. i couldn't breathe and so i stopped and walked a circle for a few minutes and then finished the run. this has been the worst i've felt on a run and i really hope i don't have a repeat of this run and feeling again. this was a short distance but hopefully i'll make up for it.


It was very hazy today on my way to work. I could barely see to the other side of the Hudson. Anyway it's hot now but if you keep at it you'll be in great shape once things start to cool down in the fall.
