Took Lucy out on her first rulk. At first she was kind of stumped... "mommy is jogging? what is this weird movement? sniff, sniff....oh look...a candy wrapper!!!"
Back to interval training (is that a thing?) with c25k. No pressure. No goals except to get moving & feel good. I lost 11 pounds in the last month by changing my eating habits & I finally feel like I'm winning the battle o' da badonkadonk. Started from day 1 of the program & hot diggity...it was a slice of easy pie. Looking forward to tomorrow. :)


Nice job on this one Sara! One thing I would caution you on... if at all possible, put a rest day in between workouts. It'll make injury/fatigue less likely.

Good call, Marty! As my legs are now whining with soreness....I think the next rulk will be Wednesday. :)
