      Nice job on this one Sara! One thing I would caution you on... if at all possible, put a rest day in between workouts. It'll make injury/fatigue less likely.

      Your exhaustion could also be anemia, as is common with women in their 20s. I started taking a daily multivitamin which has 100% of my iron needs in it and I've felt much more chipper lately!! Make sure they test your hemoglobin/hematocrit while you're there as well as your iron level!! :)

      Usually I'm not so fixated on the tiks & tocks....but I didn't want to be late. It SUCKED! I do LOVE the C25K iPhone app though...it totally keeps my ADD in check. Run.....walk.......run......walk. I'll be running bunches of miles with you guys in no time! Can't wait! :)
