It's FIT week still and so every class is like a Fun Friday. Kari and I decided to have some fun and sprint between stations, almost knocking people over in the process. We didn't but it was fun.

It was a little depressing though...today was our check-in day from our FIT challenge which started on July 27. We had to reweigh, retape (waist) and do our body fat measurement (tomorrow AM at 4:30 we run a mile for time). Mine weren't so great. What sucked is the first 3 weeks of the challenge I was traveling that entire time and trying to get back into a good nutrition mode has been, if not tough, brutal. And realistically, I know this weekend and next week will be bad as well, so I'm setting a target date of September 12 to get back on track with eating. My exercising is going okay, which right now is my saving grace that I haven't gained more.

    I love your enthusiasm!! :) I hear your frustrations on the measurements, etc. We work hard but the eating is key to getting results!! Keep it up Sara, you are doing AWESOME!! Remember what you asked to me a few weeks ago? "But how do you feel? clothes fit better..."

    Just keep plugging along. Like you said, you didn't go the other direction. With all the travel, I'd say that great! Not sure if misery loves company but I'm also plateauing now. So close I can almost reach it. :p
