I've been sick the last couple days and today isn't much better. I'm itching to run, but my head is full enough that I'm afraid I'd fall over from lightheadedness within a block so we opted to walk today instead. Mike came with me so we had some time to chat, which was great. Still wish I had run, but maybe tomorrow.

    Thanks all. I really really really wanted to run, but it was probably for the best I rested another day. I also skipped kickboxing, which I'm also really really really sad about...but again... alas. Tomorrow will be a better day.
