Treadmill run again. The bad: I really hate running in the gym at work. Too many people and I feel their judgments. :P Plus there's a clock straight across from the treadmills. Nothing like the pressing notion of time to be a non-motivator. The good: Two days in a row! I know the treadmill helps, but it was nice that I was able to pick up a speed a bit today. Knee isn't feeling too bad. I need to incorporate some strength soon, but for now I'm happy.
