alright Treadmill 4.04 mi 01:00 14:51 pace

First run back after ages. First run for 2015 in 2015 challenge. The Good: I got back out there even though it was on the treadmill. I thought I was just going to walk it all, but I got to a point where it sucked to walk, so I ran. I'm glad I did - it was better on my legs, and I felt a little bit more accomplished. The Bad: Since I'm doing the 2015 in 2015 alone, I should have ran 5.5 today. Since I didn't I'm already 1.5 behind. Ugh. I have some work to do to try not to get too far behind.
