Jamie kicked our ass this morning with the big circle. Cory was back though, so that helped. He's been gone several days so Jamie kicked it up a notch for him. Then he decided to do some ab work since he's been gone, so I did some sympathy extra credit with him. :) I'm just glad he's back.

BUT today - my training says to do 5 miles of hills. I'm thinking 57th is going to be a good bet but if anyone has any suggestions on a good stretch of hills that won't kill me (it is day 2) but will give me a decent work, please let me know. I'm running after work tonight. Thanks!

    So, I'm imagining the "big circle" to be something heavy...like a medicine ball.

    Mike - the big circle is just a big circle. We pair up on a bag but put the bags in a big circle and then occasionally rotate around the bags to switch up partners. We didn't do the later yesterday though so I got to stick with Cory. :)
