Followed up resistance with an intense 30 minute session with Jamie. It was great - no breaks, constant motion and lots of "heck yeah!"s. At one point the lights went out for a minute while we were kicking and I think there was quite a bit of consensus that we need a midnight kickboxing class. I think I'd even work to stay up for that one. :)


Midnight kickboxing....a little dangerous but it would be exciting and keep everyone's heart rate up ;)
