The mind is willing...but my body fails me. Grrrr. My achilles tendon is still acting up. It took me the entire workout to get it warmed up to where it wasn't REALLY hurting. The first 15 minutes or so it was just super tight and annoying. Sharp shooting pains...I did stop and stretch it several times and stretched before as well.
After that, it warmed up enough to be ok, but still not comfortable at all. So frustrating. My mind is there, and enjoying the run, but my body is not cooperating. I will keep pressing on.
Tried out my new armband for my iPhone and some in-ear headphones. Liked the armband, but the earphones kept falling out. Back to the drawing board :)
