Bella rode her bike along with me today as I ran...it actually made me run faster as I tried to chase her down the road :) It was SO humid. Texas is warming up! My achilles tendon started hurting again on the right foot. I really think it's because I didn't stretch good enough.

For those of you who have been doing this awhile...when do you stretch? I've been doing it after the 5 minute warm up walk on C25K. Also, I'd love to hear if you all have random aches and pains that come and go, or is it just all roses all the time? :) I don't know what is normal anymore.

    Stretching... when I don't have any owies, I just stretch when I'm done my run. If I do have something that's bugging me, I stretch it all day long as much as possible. Keep stretching your calves/achilles.

    The first, most important/obvious thing is the shoes... you have to make sure you have the right shoes on. Go to a running store and get them to make sure you don't pronate or anything. Verrrry important.
