Mom and I started the 2nd week of C25K together...and now she's talking about continuing the program when she gets home. We even talked about running a 5K race together this summer. Weeeee!
The run itself was good...my right heel tendon started to ache a little, but other than that it was ok. SUPER humid and not as blissful as the first week, but good.
I am noticing that I really want to run longer than the program is letting me...but that is a good thing because if I went longer right now, I would definitely over do it. I'm always disappointed when the little man in my ear says "Walk". :)


It's good you are holding back, especially if you're noticing your Achilles tendon a bit. Ease into it! Way to go. :)
