Go ahead and run 1:19:59 pace for the first 10 miles...but it's gonna feel easy and Beast Mode will come and the final 5k will be ridonkulous and lots of bros are gonna get chick'd hard and i'll give you a thumbs up "nice job" motivation badge thingy.

last day at roosevelt 7.5 mi
Went over to the track to do a few 800s with :30 rest at slightly faster than pace (3:02, 3:04, 3:01) So tired this week... feel like I could sleep for days.
