      Go ahead and run 1:19:59 pace for the first 10 miles...but it's gonna feel easy and Beast Mode will come and the final 5k will be ridonkulous and lots of bros are gonna get chick'd hard and i'll give you a thumbs up "nice job" motivation badge thingy.
