31* F ... brrr. By the way, for those of you who work over 40 hours a week and have kids, how do you stay on top of training?
Edge Flex w/ Toni Benedetto at the Shelton Edge 9:30a - 10:30a
8 x 800 meters with
2 rounds of:
10 push ups
10 airsquats
in between each 800.
Kids (7 yo & 5 yo) went for a run. I tagged along to supervise and cheer :)
5 Rounds:
10 push presses (45#)
5 box jumps (24" box)
5 push-ups
10 sit ups
I have no idea how people do it. Matt does his workout at 5 at the gym at work most days, or he goes right after work.
