    Really feels good to sweat. Trying to be grateful I can do this even though yesterday would have been a fabulous day to be outside running.

    Even though I could only lift upper body and was restricted to machines (to avoid lifting the weights with my back), it felt so great to have that deep muscle fatigue again.

    Felt really good getting my muscles working again. Still have to hold off on lower body but I feel like I am getting closer.

      Yes, good news. I also got my photos (online) from the marathon. I think I was in more pain than I thought. Every single picture I had my head down and looked miserable. I am glad I had such a positive experience in the OBX or I would question this whole marathon thing.

    Hip was very sore this AM and I was worried about being able to run, but it loosened right up. Ran at 5:30 AM to make it to 9:30 church. REALLY excited for naptime later today.

      I was almost glad to have the hip pain this morning. One of my faster long runs in awhile outside (and only 19 degrees too, brrr!), and it made me realize that even if on marathon morning I wake up with this discomfort, not to count myself out.

    I started on celebrex on Thursday and am headed to PT as soon as I can get my appt. My right hip is just not doing well.
