great Long Run 15 mi 02:01 08:05 pace

Was really hoping for ideal running weather this morning - nothing like waking up to 90% humidity & 13mph wind! Legs felt fresh though and I kept trying to reign myself in some on the pace so that I could stay strong for the whole 2 hours. Sure enough, my legs started to feel a little heavy & tired around mile 12 - but I made it! Longest run in over a year.
