Hey! Do you have any advice for half marathon training? We are considering a half in June, and I've looked at some plans. I really, really don't want to get hurt, so any advice in that arena would be awesome.

How much mileage/week are you doing now? I like running three days a week + two days of cross training. I'm using a training program from Women's Running Magazine, and I like it.

We usually run around 9-10 miles a week. Two 3 miles during the week and one longer one on the weekend. We don't do as much cross training as we should though. We will don strength stuff and maybe the bikes in our apartment gym once a week.
