Still not feeling motivated but I got out there and did it anyway... and feeling slightly more positive about this one than the previous few, though only slightly. Walked for about a minute at around the 13 minute mark.

I am happy for you Sarah that you got yourself out there even though you didn't feel like it. Try to focus on how good you felt all the time before and you will be back to your excited self in no time. You have it in you! Go go go! You're doing great!
