WOW! So good. I don't even know how describe how I felt when I finished. This to me was a huge mental hurdle. For some reason, I knew if I finished this run strong, I would have no problem finishing the full. I did it and felt great. I even had a little kick left in me for the last mile. The human body is amazing!
