      Nice workouts I have to play mental games with myself on the TM. I hide the display for most of the run; I also do little bursts of faster running to make the time go faster..kinds of keeps me guessing..

      I've run on the treadmill a lot and I read, which is probably the only reason I tolerate it...I love to read and don't have enough reading time in my week. The trick is to get large print books or even better a Kindle or other device like it. Nice 1 mile!

      i hate the treadmill too - all I see is the time ticking past very slowly. Try interval training on the treadmill - i found that good

    Ok so I really didn't do many laps, mostly just relaxed and cooled off after racquetball but it was nice to be in the pool. I also spent 20 minutes in the steam room after the pool.

    First time I've played racquetball in over 5 years. Def got my ass kicked but was still a really great time and workout, I was drenched in sweat by the end.
