  2. So difficult to get up this morning. Fortunately it was just water aerobics that I missed. Did yoga at home instead.

    Must get up for run tomorrow morning!

    Changed my mind about not running today. Ran to gym, power-walked 2 miles (13:38 pace; 2-3% incline), then ran home. Distance/time doesn't include treadmill walk time.
